LEED energy simulation process is the most complex part to fulfil within the LEED certification requirements and it represents the fifth part of all the LEED credits to accomplish. In order to proof the building energy savings, it is essential to analyse the building energy consumption behaviour and present its corresponding report.
The integration of the energy consultancy within the design process allows us to offer optimal and feasible design alternatives during the early stage of the project. The automatization of data entry and our report system developed based our experience in energy simulation permit us to analyse the data obtained by a broader perspective and procure results with a higher reliability.
This shorter time of response provides to our simulation team an early interpretation of the results and therefore, a sooner data introduction to the project. As a result, we can propose the best alternatives on time and offer an earlier building energy optimization together with a design improvement.

Energy simulation allows us to identify in a quick way the energy allocation of the building and to display how the building energy demand is affecting its geometry and design.
We have bridged the knowledge and understanding from both energy modelling and software work teams to improve the quality of the energy simulations and automatize all the repetitive and tedious tasks. We have achieved this through a learning process based on the experience gained from all these years performing energy simulation.
Together with a well-defined and precise work process, it is possible for us to reduce the standard simulation time of 2 months to 2-4 weeks once all the required information is received.
