PHASE 1. Initial diagnosis and certification strategy.

In phase 1 of our methodology, we evaluate the current state of the building (energy, water, air quality, materials, monitoring, management, etc.) which allows us to choose the target system and level.

Once the initial audit is completed, we define an action and improvement plan with the technical goals to achieve the objectives.

PHASE 2. Implementation of the best practices and documentation

In this stage we accompany the building managers, operators and third parties involved to ensure the correct execution of the Action Plan.

After its execution we proceed to monitor the performance after the improvements by collecting data (consumption, air quality, surveys).

Once the necessary evidence has been obtained, we proceed to write the reports required by the certification system.

PHASE 3. Certification and continuous improvement

Finally, the report is submitted to the certifying entity for validation and obtaining the seal.

After obtaining the seal, we can draw up a plan for continuous improvement and recertification in the case of seals that require periodic renewals.
