What is a building decarbonization plan?

It is a strategic and technical roadmap to progressively reduce theCO2 emissions of a building or portfolio of assets. It considers operational energy (electricity consumption, heating, cooling, domestic hot water, etc.), embodied energy (building materials, renovations) and other indirect consumption (water, waste, associated mobility). The plan is aligned with the 2050 climate neutrality objectives and with the European Union's intermediate targets for 2030 and 2040.
