Sustainable logistics park with BREEAM Very Good certification

The project consists of the development of a new generation logistics park, designed to meet the current requirements of the sector in terms of efficiency, sustainability and operability.

Located in a strategic area for distribution, the complex integrates several logistics warehouses with advanced environmental design criteria, achieving BREEAM® certification with a "Very Good" rating. Zero Consulting participated as a sustainability consultant, accompanying the project during all its phases to ensure compliance with environmental objectives.
