The Project

This is a logistics complex consisting of two identical large industrial warehouses, connected by a central office module, and completed with an outdoor area for parking and worker rest zones.
The project was conceived with the goal of ensuring thermal and visual comfort in workspaces, optimizing the building’s energy performance, minimizing its environmental footprint during the operational phase, and incorporating renewable energy sources to achieve net zero emissions.

Installation of a photovoltaic rooftop system with 1 MWp capacity.

Variable air volume ventilation systems with CO₂ sensors to minimize consumption while maintaining good indoor air quality.
